Satcotek vertreibt Hyaluronsäure als weißes bis cremefarbenes und fast geruchloses Pulver. Die Herstellung der Hyaluronsäure erfolgt durch Fermentation mit geeigneten speziellen Bakterienstämmen. Nach sorgfältiger Filterung wird die Hyaluronsäure in Form ihres Natriumsalzes auskristallisiert und getrocknet
Das Molekulargewicht beträgt je nach Herstellung zwischen 5 und 2.200 kDa.
Wir bieten Ihnen folgende Spezifikationen an:
· Mittleres Molekulargewicht: 1.000-1.600 kDa
· Hohes Molekulargewicht: 1.800-2.200 kDa
· Niedriges Molekulargewicht: weniger als 1.000 kDa
· Oligomere: weniger als 10 kDa.
Hyaluronsäure ist ein „natürliches“ Produkt und kommt im menschlichen Körper beispielsweise in der Gelenkflüssigkeit (Synovia) vor.
Hyaluronsäure wird in kosmetischen Produkten als hautkonditionierenden Wirkstoff eingesetzt. Insbesondere in „Anti- Aging“ Produkten entfaltet Hyaluronsäure durch seine stark wasserbindenden Eigenschaften einen beschleunigten Reparatureffekt im Hautgewebe.
Durch die wasserbindenden und somit aufquellenden Eigenschaften kann das Material zudem als Viskositätsregeler in kosmetischen Produkten eingesetzt werden. So kann 1 Gramm Hyaluronsäure bis zu 6 Liter Wasser binden.
Hyaluronsäure wird in kosmetischen Produkten bis zu 2% maximal eingesetzt.
Empfohlene Konzentrationen sind 0,01 bis 0,1% Hyaluronsäure für Cremes und „Anti- Aging“ Produkte.
