Product Description: Presatil EHGP is a liquid cosmetic preservative based on phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. The addition of ethylhexylglycerin reduces the surface tension at the cell membranes of microorganisms, which significantly enhances the antimicrobial efficacy of the phenoxyethanol. This blend provides broad-spectrum protection against bacteria, yeast, and molds. It is particularly well-suited for emulsions, oil-based formulations, and surfactant systems.

Dosage: According to Cosmetic Regulation, it may be used up to 1.11%. In actual practice, emulsions and wet wipes are typically preserved using 0.5% to 1.0%.
