Emulcare PBS 6 is a non-ionic, PEG-free oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier manufactured entirely from renewable raw materials. It is based on a combination of glycerol, stearic acid, and behenic acid.
The production process begins with the polycondensation of glycerol to form polyglycerol. This polyglycerol is then further esterified with stearic acid and behenic acid, resulting in an effective emulsifying system with excellent formulation properties.
